Athletic Trainer Steve Hillmer

Steve Hillmer is starting his eighth year as a certified athletic trainer at the University of Wisconsin- Whitewater.  Steve graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a bachelor’s of Science in Kinesiology in 1997.  

At the University of Iowa, Steve earned a Masters Degree in Exercise Science.  In addition to working with Men’s and Women’s Track and Field, Steve also provides coverage to the Men’s and Women’s Cross Country teams, Men’s and Women’s Soccer, and Men’s Basketball.

Steve is a State of Wisconsin Licensed Athletic Trainer and certified member of the National Athletic Trainer’s Association.
